Cancellation

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the paid billing period, and no further monthly charge will be made unless you subscribe again.

Refunds

Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error or the service was materially unavailable, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.

Trials and promotions

Any trial or promotional terms will be stated before enrollment. Unless otherwise stated, a paid subscription begins when the trial ends and may be cancelled before renewal.
